Where can I find information lessons on Garden Model railroading?

Information of lessons available on the subject of Model Railroading Garden scale, Ho Scale, N scale and O scale, and also address of on line instructors if any would be welcome

2. I am not sure who would give lessons but there is a magazine out there on the subject. Go to a train hobby shop, they should have it. The magazine shows you how to do lots of things. I have the G scale out door train, but never had the time to put it up, outside or even inside.
